Function introduction of agricultural gearbox？

Why can gearboxes be widely used?
This is because the gearbox has a wide range of functions.
1. The transmission speed ratio can be changed, the torque and speed of the driving wheels can be expanded to adapt to changing conditions, and the engine can run well at the same time.
2. In the case of the same rotation direction of the engine, the car can be reversed.
3. Use neutral to interrupt the power transmission, so that the engine can start and change speed, which is convenient for shifting or outputting power.
Introduction to the principle of gearbox？
Manual gearboxes are mainly composed of gears and shafts, which produce variable speed torque torque through different gear combinations; automatic gearboxes are composed of hydraulic torque converters, planetary gears and hydraulic control systems, which achieve variable speed torque through hydraulic transmission and gear combinations.
The manual gearbox hydraulic torque converter is the most distinctive component. It is composed of pump wheels, turbines and guide wheels, which directly input engine power to transmit torque and clutch. The pump wheel and the turbine are a pair of workbenches. They are like the relative positions of two fans. The active fan blowing will drive the other passive fan blades to rotate, and the airflow-wind has become the kinetic energy transfer medium.
If the liquid replaces air as the kinetic energy conversion medium, the pump wheel will be driven by the rotation of the liquid turbine, and then the transmission efficiency of the liquid between the pump wheel and the turbine will be improved.
Installation and adjustment of lawn mower？
Lawn mower is a kind of grass cutting equipment. Due to its high speed, special attention must be paid to safety when using it.
The lawn mower should be placed or fixed on a solid, flat foundation. The workplace should be spacious and equipped with fire prevention measures. Match the motor in strict accordance with the power and speed specified in the manual. The power line should not be less than 6 square millimeters. The current value of electrical loads such as power switches, sockets, plugs, etc. shall not be less than the calibration of the rated current of the motor. The power switch should be installed within the range of the operator’s activities, generally not more than 3 meters away from the operator, and there should be no other obstacles. After the motor is installed, after the belt is hung up, power on for a short time, check and confirm the direction of rotation of the motor, then hung up the belt, install the belt protection cover, the feeding barrel and other accessories. Add the right amount of lubricating oil to the lawn mower gear box, bearings and other parts.
