In the Mato Grosso<\/strong> region, the “Latossolo” (Red Clay) soil presents a unique challenge for plant protection machinery. During the peak soybean spraying season, machines must cover thousands of hectares in limited windows of favorable weather. Our field study indicates that gearboxes in this region are subjected to ambient temperatures exceeding 40\u00b0C, combined with 90% humidity and abrasive dust that can penetrate standard seals in days.<\/p>\n

Agrinulear Nucleo Agro<\/strong> has responded by developing the “Tropicalized Boom Series.” These gearboxes feature enhanced cooling fins and Viton double-lip oil seals that are chemically resistant to the acidic nature of many herbicides used in the region.
